Purchases and payment
We confirm availability, the total price and payment and delivery terms via WhatsApp. Payment is agreed case by case. Watches without a listed price are priced on request.
Reservations
Reserved watches remain visible. Reservations last up to 15 days. The watch becomes available again at the end of that period if it has not been sold.
Delivery
Shipping is included for mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira. We provide tracking. Shipping to other countries is quoted before confirmation. Where applicable, import formalities and charges at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility, as specified in the quote.
Returns and support
Contact us on WhatsApp to start a return or request support. For distance purchases, consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within the applicable period, generally 14 days from receipt. You can also notify us of your decision by email through a clear statement.
Maison 60 commercial guarantee
For watches sold by Maison 60, if a problem arises within 60 days of receipt, you can request a full refund of the price paid. To claim under this guarantee, provide the Maison 60 reference or proof of purchase and describe the problem on WhatsApp. This commercial guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights regarding conformity of goods.
